Having difficulty locating 32 volt nav lights...are there any out there ?
SAMS will have them. I believe they are 32v Festoon type. This place has LED replacements, colored ones too. They say good to 30v but they work fine at 32v.

I have my old nav lights that I removed from my 1989 CPMY. I’ll see if I can find pics if you’re interested.
Why not replace navigation lights with 12 V LED?
Purchase a 3 amp 36-12v 3 amp buck converter on ebay/Amazon. And LED globes. Green and Red LED nav globes are best as they allow better colour through the red and green lens.
Remove 12 volt panel cover in wheelhouse. Wire in the buck converter to take in 32 volts and output 12 volts. You will need the boat's electrical drawing to identify the nav lights -NEG wire on the bus bar. A 30 minute job. Nav lights current draw must be below 3 amps (or limit of buck converter)
With LED nav lights You don't have to run the genset and battery charger for 30 minutes in the morning to make up for the anchor light's incandescent bulb's overnight current draw.
