Re: Marquipt 6 Step Sea Stairs w/ handrail
I am in the middle of the sea stair saga. Bought a great six step at a super price and then found it too short for my transom based on the distance needed for the swim platform. I am now looking to assemble a seven step setup thanks to my new friend Jack. If your going to put them on your transom you might need more than six steps unless your on a floaterAttachment 31710

Yes floating dock. Please note that on our 43’ and others I have seen the Sea Stair attachment points are above the rub rails and on the 53’ the attachment points are well below the rub rails. I doubt very much a six step unit could be made to work on our boat without relocating the attachment points, not something I’d want to do since the top step is dead level with the deck.

Were these stairs sold? I assume so, since post is dated, but I live in hope…Alnilam 197943DCFB
