  1. Fire pumps?

    Hi all, I just watched a boat burn 2 miles off shore, then a friends boat sank in 500' in both caes, the people were saved. But I got to wondering if an auxiliary water pump wouldn't be a bad idea. Any thoughts on this? Honda make a bunch that seem well priced and would fit nicely on the aft...

  2. 1990 41 Convertible w/3208TA's

  5. Tachometer issues

    We have 1972 DD8V71's The tachometers which I can only assume are origional do not stay in adjustment. I have hd them adjusted several times, but the adjustment never lasts long. Any suggestons on digitl tachometers or any kind of suitable replacemet? Thank you.

  7. A/C recharge - R12???

  10. Dishwasher breaker size.....

    Anyone know what amperage the dishwasher breaker is? There are no markings on the lever side of it, nor visible on the back. I assume there are markings when you take it out, but I'm trying to skip that step. Thanks.

  15. A/C System replacement

  16. Cranking Amps Required For 12V71

    Curious: What is the cranking amps (or watts) required for a 12V71 32 volt starter motor please? At the moment we have 4 x 180ah deep cycle golf cart batteries in series to start each motor. But they do not give CCA.

  18. Detroit Diesel 6V92 idle adjustment

    What is the correct idle RPM for a 6V92. Mine are idling right at 600 RPM’s which seems a little high. Any advice or tips on how o adjust the idle on these DD’s? Thanks in advance!

  19. removing old AP pump

    I'm need to remove my old leaking AP pump (woods freeman) and need to cap the lines. It's connected to the original copper steering lines with Tees.. any idea what size and threads they are ? there are two larger ones and one smaller one.
