Replacement Hatteras Logo 1984 61MY

The old white/yellow plastic Hatteras logos on the side of the boat have deteriorated. I'd like to replace them with 3mm 316 stainless logo. 15" long.

What was the correct Hatteras logo used at the time please? Seems to be some question if it was either of the two logos below. Boat was made by AMF Hatteras I believe.

I’ve been quoted US$400 for two sets of polished 316 individual letters spelling Hatteras in whatever style i’d like. measuring 15” long. Edges of letters are slightly radiused. A special 3M double sided tape is cut to match the letters. Out of China of course but their responses, English and website photos imply they might do a good job.
