Last owner painted over the frames and now blistering. Anybody know where to purchase new frames? And any contacts on replacing the windows in the Lewes Del. area ?

you can purchase the same frame material from sam's. there are many custom window people, there is a guy in south west florida, i have his info at home and will send it to you. he has built many hat frames and may have a template of yours already.

if the frames are not that bad, you can pull them and clean down to bare metal, light sand blast, chem treat and paint with the awlgrip alum. system. however new anodized aluminum is better.
