Overheating 671TI

My 1985 43' motor yacht has 671TI's. Lately, the port engine has neen overheating above 1700RPM. I've checked the water pump (rebuilt last season), the strainer, coolant level. When I bought the boat 4 years ago, both heat exchangers were boiled out. What's left to check?
