Behind the TV is a cable TV splitter with a cable marked "to bow" running toward the bow. The cable is glued to the fiberglass which tells me it was installed by Hatteras prior to the headliner being installed. The cable goes over the bunk beds on the starboard side and then turns toward the port side of the stateroom in the bow. When I removed the ceiling light in the stateroom I can follow the cable toward the closet on the port side but can't see where the cable ends. There is no outlet in the stateroom. Does anyone know or have any ideas on how to locate the end of the cable so that I can install a TV in the stateroom using that cable (I'd prefer not having to run another cable if there is one there already). Is there some access door behind which I'd find the missing cable? No one at Hatteras has any idea. Any ideas would be appreciated.
