Talking about the ebay oil pump? Got mine yesterday - brand new as advertised. Tested (dry) and worked beautifully

May cost a few more dollars, but no more worries.

Their chief mechanic recommended that we run the boat as much as possible, draining the fuel tanks down as low as possible. They will then fill with non-ethnal gas and stabilize.
Sounds like the best Idea for you are you shrink wrapping it?

If yes make sure it is done Correct for a painted boat because most yards are Clueless about it!

    Greg,
Saw your boat yesterday in the yard. She looks great! I'm all the way to the back of the fenced in part of the yard. Stop by sometime when your down there. I'll be down there again tomorrow.

Looks great. Can you wire the switch to run the pump in two directions or are you just going to reverse the battery connections?

Actually I didn't think about ways to reverse the motor. I add the oil (big funnel) manually through the intake on the valve cover so being able to pump oil in is a non issue to me. If there ever comes a time I need to do that I think I would just reverse the hoses.

Is there a way to wire a switch that would allow you to change the motor direction when necessary? I think i want to mount my pump and hard wire it.
