Once you got those screws out did the blower assembly pull away from the evaporator coils or did it have to be slid forward or back? It's so tight in this space that this won't be an option for me if that was the case.

But I think you've given me the right approach, there must be some small screws under that foam coating. Thanks again.

Not sure why your blower can rotate in place, but like you said, it could have a loose adjustment on the flange.

The lip that the screws mount through was about 1/2", so I pulled it away about 3/4" and then down and out. I guess I could have pulled it straight down.

It's probably easiest to pull the whole unit out (like they did with Traveler45), but I didn't want to disconnect the fittings to the coils and then have to recharge the system. I don't have the equipment to do that properly.....
