Has anyone cut their transom to create a walk-thru on an old 1966 41C? The previous owner cut a tuna door into the transom for fishing but left the gunwale intact. I am curious to know what kind of support might be necessary to beef up the transom after the gunwale has been cut. Any advise or previous experience would be greatly appreciated. Due to budgetary constraints I think that I will need to do the job myself. Thanks, Bruce
