    CMAP/Raymarine problem

    Recently, my Raymarine RL80 chartplotter has lost the ability to show charts at resolutions less than 1/2 mile. Does anyone here know if the cmap chips can go bad, or am I more likely looking at a system problem?

    take your raymarine to a service center and have them check programming.
    they reprogramed ours and what a difference.
