Yachtsmanbill, certaily he should respond to you. But, if my experience is at all telling, the answer will be NO. The survey results are prepared for the person that paid for the work and only them. I have yet to see copies provided to another party, especially for free. Good luck.

I'd be kind of irritated if every surveyor slapped his little sticker everytime they stepped aboard.
Let's see, after 25 years, the typical boat has been purchased 5 times and insurance surveyed another 5. You could wallpaper your head with all those tags.
Since it's PASCOE however...;
