    Looking at two (2) Hatteras

    I am looking at a 1985 58 foot motor yacht and a 1988 60 foot motor yacht, since they both have the same beam is there any difference other then the length.

    Not a lot of major differences but several minor. The lines of the house were refined to have a more modern look. The FB was redesigned to have FG sides instead of dodger board and SS rails and side decks with a toe rail. It holds about 200 gal more fuel and 50 gal more water. The 60 is about 7K lbs heavier but have the same cruising speed as the 58 with 8v92's. The 8V92's in the 60 are typically rated for 720 hp as opposed to 650 hp in the 58. Both are great boats.
