    help win a bet

    what is the name of the device that is on the windshield, is round and spins to give clear vision in rain?? usually found on larger ships...

    It's called a rotating window, essentially a disc that spins and relys on centrifigal force to throw debris and water away from the surface thus giving good visibility.
