Wipe Arm Replacement - Pantagraphic 20"

I need to replace the pantagraphic 20" wiper arms on two of my three wipers on the 43. Are there any tricks to watch out for or is it pretty straight forward? Right now, although I am pretty sure it is only a lubrication issue, one arm remains stuck while the motor is working and the other actually bends from improper movement of the arm.

Not sure how an arm could be stuck while the motor is engaged. Is the arm resting on part of the frame ?

As far as the other one that bends, maybe check the angle to see if there is too much pressure on it.
