    I'm living on this boatnom while restoring. The interior is good.T his boat didn't leave the dock for 20 years. The previous owner was 62 when he brought it to the keys and82 when he gave up. I bought the boat after hurricane George. Any offers would be considered

    I have a 1967 41' DCMY. Recent survey 7/08 values her @ $52,000 - $53,000Hull was painted 2006 by Custom Fiberglass in Hingham, MA. Foredeck needs to be redone - many many originals including 2nd set of guages. 853's with 22 - 23K hours. Engines run great! Needs some sysems. Great project boat if you love Classic Hatts. I lived aboard for 4.5 years in Boston. No time and family commitments prevent me from keeping her for much longer.
    Willing to take offers between $35 - $40K.
