Hey Carol,

I haven’t put my boat up on the market yet but plan to next month. I have yet to see a MY as nice as the one I own. There is nothing that hasn’t been rebuilt, customized or upgraded on my Hatt. It is a 1970 53 MY. It is one of the few Hatts built with Cummins VT8-370 Turbos so it is more fuel efficient than those with Detroits. Every room has been completely redone and all have custom floors & ceilings. The engines have both been rebuilt, new generator, all mechanicals in perfect condition and impeccably maintained. There are flat screen tv’s in every room, the kitchen has all stainless appliances, all baths are new, there is a custom office built in, it is fully wired for direct tv & internet, the brightwork is in perfect shape, the back deck has been enclosed as has the flybridge with new canvas & eisenglass, custom lighting throughout, custom sun cushions, etc. I haven’t started preparing any marketing material yet but it is super classy and extremely well done. I have somewhere in the neighborhood of $400,000 in documented receipts before the cost of purchasing the vessel. The previous owner spent 7 years working on it and I have spent 3 more. It is currently located outside of NYC but I’m moving it to the Hamptons in a few weeks. I am happy to send you more pictures and whatnot if you are interested. 1981 53 Classic in Annapolis that word on the street is $175 will buy it. "Lady Linda", Boat has not been altered which is a good thing so you can update as you like. Paint looks good.
