We're letting go of our very nice 53 Classic MY.
This boat has been under cover on a Texas reservoir for over 13 years. My wife and I have owned it since 2000 and have been steadily upgrading and updating it to make it ready for a move to the coast, and living aboard.
Plans change, and we are grudgingly looking for worthy new owners.
Asking $289,000. That will probably change if and when we wind up listing with a broker.
Work we've had done include: New hoses and Airseps on the main engines.
New Onan 11kw genset. 2500w Heart Inverter & AGM batteries.
Galley updated with granite, dw, mw, & stovetop.
Radar arch. Throttle and transmission control cables.
All new carpet.
The 8v71's were overhauled about 300 hours ago.
This is a very nice boat and is seriously for sale. The cost to truck it to Houston would be about $10,000.
Email me for pics and more info.

Re: 53' 1977 Freshwater Classic MY For Sale
You can take it through the rivers, right? Or, is it really land-locked?

It's really landlocked. We're located on a reservoir without any locks.

Price reduced to $250k, and am looking seriously at sportfish trades.
