    Nice looking 1973 58' Yachtfish on Lake St. Clair, on the Ontario side $79,500

    I have no association with this just passing along the info. Looks like a good price.

    Odd, because I was close to signing an offer on this boat last year, and he wasn't the name on the offer sheet the previous broker sent over.

    Hmm I don't know. He told me about how he bought it to be an airbnb but didn't get any bookings.
    I got the impression he had it for a year or maybe longer, but he didn't exactly say.

    Well give him a call maybe?

    Listing I can find says deal pending. The boat needs a LOT of work. A LOT.
