    i am supposed to have 2 but my current(no pun intended)situation only 1 is needed. once we start taking her places we will have both.

    Life's short... boat$ are expen$ive... old boat$ are MORE EXPEN$IVE...$ounds like after a LOT of hit$ and mi$$e$, you finally got someone that know$ HOW to even fix it....

    I'd pay the price and be done with it.. move on to the next project....

    I dont have a problem paying, if its fair. But if something feels off i'm not just gonna throw money at them.
    After 40+ years in the mechanical trades with autos trucks and boats, ive develped little hairs on the back of my neck and they are feeling jumpy, and caution is free.

    Transformer is up! but looking at it there are only wires coming out of the bottom. and my original wires have copper crimped eyelets.
    there are no lugs /taps to connect them to, what would be the safest way to accomplish that?
    i'm thinking parallel crimps and heat shrink.
