    1995 70 footer 200k?

    https://www.yachtworld.com/yacht/199...yacht-9291599/

Just thought I would pass it along.
Seems like a low price for that size and year.

Inside look's like 1995 style, and they say price is based on need for refit.

It says 300 hours on rebuilds.

No interest in boat, just passing along the info.

Must be more wrong with it than stated because it has been listed for quite awhile.

That’s half the average price. Listing says no sea trials… not confidence inspiring! Last picture shows electrical panel cover ripped out… $200k is probably generous.

Back in 2008, they were selling for $200k with fresh paint jobs that almost cost as much and there was WAY more dockage, repair services, and much cheaper parts available back then.

I sold boats that had $700k bank payoffs for as low as $75k. Banks received TARP funds, and bankers were like “We just received one billion dollars with no strings attached, what do I care about that loan? Screw it-sell it”. caveat being that didn’t work on loans from yacht lenders, that had been immediately resold.
