Would love to hear what you all watch—here are some of my favorites—
1) Travels with Geordie—a former Nova Scotia Homebuilder who lives on a Wooden Monk-designed 38’ cruiser in Victoria, BC. He’s the Bob Ross of boating and a master carpenter/boatwright
2) In Too Deep—Gus is a young guy who has a 50’ Hatteras Motoryacht that he’s doing a rolling restoration on
3) What Yacht to Do—a retired couple (Sam and Rev Crouse) who are multiple Loopers on their Carver 504 CPMY
4) Scho and Jo—a young couple who are doing the Great Loop on an old Marine Trader trawler
5) Blue Cat Marine—he does a variety of boat projects and adventures, a real good guy who is quite hilarious (think IRL Tommy Boy on the water)
6) Adventures of Happy Ours—boating stuff around Cape Coral by a recently retired couple from NY
Would love to find a few more

Re: YouTube Channels for Boating Content
In to deep is an ambitious and talented young man, with a huge drive to do things. but recently he is taking a lot of risks, open sea transfers between boats is not the smartest thing to be doing.

My Favorite is "Sampson Boat Co.- Tally Ho: rebuilding a 1910 Gaff Cutter" He has been rebuilding the boat for six years now. Go back and watch from the beginning, it is great.
