Trying something new. Looking for opinions

The Admiral and I are trying to video our boat trips. I’m trying to learn Adobe Premier. Video editing has a steep learning curve. Maybe watch my first actual video and critique it? Be kind. I’ve been watching sailing and boating channels. Trying to emulate them.

Oh no!!! Those Midges. Those are the worst.

And how is it that every day you have completely flat seas?

Pretty nicely done. I do all my video editing using iMovie on my iPhone, I even import my drone and GoPro footage to the phone to edit. I haven’t found anything for PC that’s as easy as iMovie. And the 15 pro screen is big enough.

I just bought a drone and Im trying to learn how to fly it. So far not very successful. Ive had to replace one of the rotors once already.

Midge flies SUCK! The Admiral made me change the text to "The worst". Gotta keep it appropriate.

Im curious, Ive heard that a Mac will process video far more efficiently. Do any of you know that to be true?

Just An FYI.....We are moving the Hatt to Muskegon this spring. We lucked out and got a slip in the new Adelaide Point Marina. I'm hoping its all its cracked up to be

We were gone for a month on that trip. With the exception of our first day and a nasty squall on Lake Erie the whole trip was flat calm. There were several days of mirror like waters. Couldn't believe our luck

Figured it had to be nice weather with deck chairs unsecured on the bow.

Funny thing about those deck chairs. They have hardly ever moved. If I’m expecting rough weather I fold them up and put them away but there has been a few times the lake became rough. The chairs never moved. It’s a non skid surface but….. kind of surprising

Thank you for posting! Lools great. We took the same trip in May of 2020. The boat was new to us and water rough. Needed to be in Buffalo asap. I really wished we took more pics and video. We even stayed in the same slip in Frankfurt!

Very nice. Well done also. Gotta love those flat days, three years ago I did 140 miles on a day like that on lake Ontario. I only moved the auto pilot once to get around a laker that my course was in the way of.

Great video. So many spots look similar to mid Maine coast, we even have a Presque Isle.
