Have you run a hydrometer on all of the cells to see if you have a bad one? Are the terminals all clean? Are your connecting cables between batteries of the same size as your main cables? Is the charger configured properly for the battery type and size?

Yes to all Sky. Every cell shows good. All cables are the same size and all the ends are clean with a copper coating added for corrosion.
