A few years ago I decided to switch out all of the pushbutton knobs so that they would be easily identified. Start buttons were black. The horn buttons were gray and the Scott buttons were red. I didn’t want to be searching in an emergency for a stop button that’s why I went with red. However, after a couple of years on the flybridge, even though it’s covered with a helmet cover the red has turned pink. I bought some material cold plastic dip in a spray can in red and sprayed them from pink to a bright red. I’ll attach the photos. They work perfectly. You can push them and push them and push him and the product is not crack or the laminate. Just thought somebody might want to update their stop buttons.

Re: Button updates
Sorry for the grammar mistakes on the post above. I spoke it in and did not proofread it. It’s a stop button.

Re: Button updates
Updated mine a couple of years ago with the same choice of colors on my start, stop, and horn buttons. The new red buttons definitely were not bright red and seem to have faded a little since then. I have a hard top on fly bridge and treated them with Aerospace 303 Protective when I installed them too. I bought them from another boating source but can’t remember where.
