    LOOKING FOR YACHTFISH

    Have a friend who is getting ready to purchase another boat. He really would like to have a Hatteras Yachtfish or Cockpit Motoryacht, but is also looking at the 50' Carver Motoryacht with cockpit. Just checking to see if you know of any of these boats that he should look at before making a decision. Sure would like to see him w/ a "HAT" since we love ours. He isn't much for a project boat, but may consider some small repair or update.

    58' Yachtfish is more of a trawler, speedwise. But a big, heavy, durable boat, which seems to be growing in popularity, even tho' old. A tank...

    I would have one, if I could (I have a1972 43' MY)...
