I went with Pettit Utima 60 last time, lasted 2 years. River is horrendous. I also think the previous diver had something to do with it as well. Will Micron 66 do better?

Micron 66 is salt water only. You said river. I don't think river and micron 66 are good idea.
I used bluewater ablative high copper in the past, but they sold out and raised the price. My go to is woolsey now. It's made by pettit and the internet says "Yacht Shield SF is Pettit Ultima 40 "FTFD... i drive a slow 1968 41c381

micron 66 is hard paint. choice depends on where you are and how much you run. ablative here, and current is 2nd only to nova scotia. must have 2 divers now as buddies/ safety diver to clean a bottom to meet insurance regs. I get it. Its a river, all salt, 4 knots under water. no thanks.
Have used seahawk cukote, and prop speed with success. Cleaning cost is high, but dockage is way less than FL.Mal
