RUNNING Smx 2 CABLE

HI everyone had to upgrade new AC unit to Smx 2 i have a 1988 65 MY and have to run
the cable between the generator room to the master state room any guidance or ideas
would be greatly appreciated

It's just a simple 4 conductors if memory serves. If the old cable is there use it or use it as a pull.

What Scott said. Tie new cable to old and pull through or pull a string with old one. I would pull a string with whatever you do and leave in the chase for future use.

Use a real pull string if possible. If you pull a string in that roots in a few years you'll be pissed.

I find them all the time in boats from the 70s. The string turns to dust and hunger a few hours to deal with it.
