Finally got the boat out of the yard today... launched yesterday, finalized a number of things,waited for the Cummins mech to come and check things over then brought her home... hour long run mostly at 9kts but ran her up on plane for a few minutes. First time she planes in almost 50 years. Didn't push to WOT but did 17kts on for a couple of minutes at 2250 (engines are rated 2600)
Have a few things to finalize and tweak... will do a proper sea trial with the mechanic in a couple of weeks

Half fuel, 3/4 water, 3/4 holding. And a lot of stuff on board... lots of parts, wood, lumber, tools...
