    New Arch

Got the new arch installed. From Atlantic Towers, their Arch in a box 2 piece kit. Easy to install, now have to make a new Bimini. One project always leads to another. John

What was the process. How much did it cost. Are their reinforcing plates in the fiberglass?

$1799.00, comes with all hardware except mounting bolts. The mounting plates have back up plates for the inside. It even comes with a tube of lock tight for the locking screws. We had to cut down the legs to give the correct height. You need a ratchet strap to bend in the legs so it gets preloaded to reduce side to side wobble. You actually set up the top piece 5 inches wider than the mounting base and bend in the base of the legs a full 5 inches, but it comes out pretty ridged side to side. Lots of hole drilling. Took 2 of us a little over a day to complete. Nice quality materials. John
