HannR, I was able to connect to the second link for the 43' Double Cabin initially but now I cannot either.

Using an inflation calculator (from 1982 - 2018, inflation averaged out to 2.62% for that period), my boat with the added options would cost about $750,000.00 in today's dollars!

If it were the case, Hatteras would sell hundreds more. I think the price of a brand new 43 DC produced
today from Hatteras would cost at least double the price your "inflation calculator" estimates.
