    You're going to have to wipe up the mess with oil pads when you are done, no matter how you collect the oil. And yes, its going to be a big mess (been there; done that). If its really just a gallon or so under each engine, I'd buy a half dozen or so of the "whale tampons" and let them sit in it for a couple days. Put them into doubled up contractor bags so that they can't leak out all over the place. Wipe up whatever is left with oil pads.

    I would try to pick it up with a bilge boom before trying to emulsify it. They seem to work a bit better than pads in my experience.
