    Customers Xmas present

So a stereo went out during a holiday parade and I put in a new one before the next parade for him.

Then he wanted a dash mounted remote for it too. I explained it will also hook up to his electronics when he updates them.

I'm a furuno guy. Spend some time on them and you'll see why.

Been there. Sold some but I sell more garmin than any other brand.

I've owned some furuno gear and never had any issues but bad screens on the displays.

I'm sure there's a reason they sell since in my market.

    Re: Customers Xmas present

Boat dealers sell more SeaRays than they do Hatts LOL. The TZT and TZT2 are great machines. Furuno can't be beat on radar. The Dff3d sounder is pretty amazing too.

And they don't have a million different model numbers to confuse people. Also, no need for updating software every 3 weeks! And price? Same or lower than Garmin.

    Re: Customers Xmas present

I didnt say they were bad but they just don't sell in this market. A few larger boats here with furuno systems are around but in the 30 to 60 foot range they have very little market penetration.

I sell what the customers want and more often than not it's garmin.
