    Re: 53 MY Repower, started!

Send or text me a photo. That’s exactly what I was wanting to do.

You're not the only one. They are a lot easier to use if they lean a bit, or if they are set up sideways.

    Re: 53 MY Repower, started!

Just got back from two weeks in the Exumas and went to the yard first thing today... quite a bit of progress!

Port engine was dropped in to work on mounts. Turns out the down angle of the new gears requires trimming the top of the stringers. I never realized the stringers were higher at the front sloping down towards the rear

Port side aft bulkhead has been repaired, shifted back in place and about to be glassed tomhull side

Rudders have been dropped, trim tab hole has been filled, new exhaust tube and hose about to go in

Stabilizer hole. We re going to add some glass inside to reinforce the hull. I thought the bottom would be thicker

Starboard muffler. On the port side I may have to raise the bed by a couple of inches.

ERs almost cleaned up. Will be painted after the bottom is reinforced for the stabs. All thru hulls and sea cocks removed

Port engine in place. Lot more room especially behind it as well as outside.
