They key to good deals is buy when you aren't desperate. Of course, one must be very careful, as this creates a fine line between thrifty and hoarding!
Craiglist in florida is probably the best bet. I picked up a 40 and 70lb genuine cqr for pretty good prices.FTFD... i drive a slow 1968 41c381
