    100 tops but that's if you're really good and do most of the work yourself. It's really really really bad. I bet it goes for 50.

    Is it just the decor, thats the problem, (and of course that engine thing) ? Or is there more to the opinion that even 100K is too much to pay

    This guy took a saw to interior walls and removed them and left raw edges. Cut slices in the headliners in every room to run wires. The gallery cabinets are veneer and are delaminating. Grease every where. Needs paint from top to bottom. One motor has to be completely rebuilt. The engine room is a night mare. Mildew growing on the walls and ceilings. There is one good thing, it's still floating.
