Is this the boat? She sold about 10 years ago. She was listed as a 1976 55' Tournament

My father Rick Vera worked for CC as a naval architect at the time, and even came out on the picture of the front cover of Motor Boat Magazine May 1976 sitting next to the captain on the bridge of hull 001.That photo shoot was done during the 76 Miami Boat show.
That boat sold to Dominican Republic where he later maintained the boat for 15 years.
I have been in pursuit of the last of 3 built. 001 sunk in the Mona passage, and 002 caught fire and melted away.
Would love to restore 003 back to her original condition, and keep her as a memory to the Old Man.

His is the 50 fiberglass. Totally diferent boat, built by a toatlly different CC.
The 55 TF lines were created by Dick Avery who had retired or fled CC along with the rest of the "Right Stuff" way before the 50 came along.
George Irvine founder of Pipe Welders was the president of CC at the time the 55 TF came out.
He was fired shortly after due to a change in ownership/ management, which was the begining of the end for the original CC Corporation. They slowley went down, eventually closing the doors and shutting down the Holland plant.
55TF hull and topside were built for CC by Roamer. All aluminium with DD 12V-71 TI.

If anyone has an idea of who could possibly find this boat for me, please do not hesitate to pass along the info.
    Thanks again!

Wow! That is a name I have not heard of in a few years.
Is he still in the business? How can I get a hold of him?

    Thank you,
    Rick
