Anyone ever seen one of these before? It's an odd looking boat but appears to be a very function river, lake or even FL Keys Livaboard boat. It also appears to be in Beautiful condition. Any thoughts?

Re: Chris Craft House Boat???
Here is another boat in the area. A 33 Bertram, Wow, nothing like a well cared for Fresh water boat, that's used only half the year.

Haven't seen one in a while. I think they were called the Chris Craft Aqua Home. I think there also was a 38 model. Dave will know.

They were called aquahome. Chris also made a few trawlers. There is one with gassers here at TBCY.

Re: Chris Craft House Boat???
There's a couple of these here in the CA Delta. The one I know of is bristol and perfect for her owners needs. She's a gasser and may have been picked up as part of a CC acquisition. May be Uniite or other as the original Aqua homes were similar to a Gibson. Big wide square low freeboard hose boat. Ford 427 power when new. Worth a look if you have a need for a house boat with some sea keeping abilities.

Re: Chris Craft House Boat???
Correct. The 45ft 1985 model Chris was a Uniflite design. More cruiser than houseboat. In the late 1960s to early 70s, Chris Craft built the 46ft "Aqua Home".
