    I am removing an Ideal model BHW from my boat as soon as the wx warms up a bit. I run all chain, but it also has a capstan for rope. I will also have 600' of 1/4" chain available.

    Mine is 12V, but I'm betting that you could find a 32v motor and swap it out.

    Make me a reasonable offer (like a bottle of Cab and some help getting it off) and it's yours.
