New to me 65 41 Convertible

Hi all, Just signed up and wanted to say hello. Just purchased my first Hatteras after oogling them forever. It needs a ton of work but the bones look very solid.
I guess a thank you in advance is in order for the first of many questions I have so...Thank you
very much for your time. It's greatly appreciated.
When I plug my shore power in there is a buzzing inside the galley breaker box. It sounds like an
alarm it's so loud. Any hints as to what to go after first would be great.

I thought so but wanted to ask beforehand. There's some goofy stuff on this vessel. What's the
easiest method to do so with this board? Thank you much! I'll test the shore power at the marina.
