If you're going to pay someone to do the work you are correct. For people who love a project, and do the work themselves,... labor has no cost.

Sadly true. I stood next to a Ski Nautique in a barn yesterday and heard an associate tell another that this was a $100k boat. They were both astounded at the value. I couldn't help but think about my boat in amazement, in contrast, as far as what that money can buy....

Bidding ended at $3650. Anyone here get it? I was very close to taking a risk but not being able
to get there and see it.... Seems that might have been a decent price for everything that could be taken
out of it. Not only mechanical stuff but other boat parts too. Just a used engine is going for over $2k on
govliquidation right now. Kinda mad that I couldn't have gone and checked it out.Chad
