Re: Point in Time 58my?
Boats show better fully furnished. Interesting that the aft deck is empty. She would not have come from the factory like that. You would think they'd have something out there. Weird. Not bad looking otherwise.

Re: Point in Time 58my?
I wonder if they had just re-carpeted or painted the deck?

Re: Point in Time 58my?
Ron, is there aft deck furniture for this boat that just isn't in the photos, or would the new owner have to furnish the aft deck areas? She's a nice looking boat.

The asking price is $199,000. You can see the specs, pictures, and video on YachtWorld.

Finally....a brokerage listing with photos that don't have all the toilets seats up! What a rare treat.

Re: Point in Time 58my?
I looked at her back in 2007 and she was in very nice shape then, I don't remember the ask at that point, but it was high, I discussed my budget at the time being $250k and the broker said no way, he did mention that the prior owner had spent $700 and their was some semi precious stone on the counter tops that was installed at some ridiculous price, like 30k or something.

Re: Point in Time 58my
The Salon counters are all made from Cats Eye semi-precious stones (jewelry grade)that, at the time of purchase , were about 8k per raw sheet(not installed). Three sheets were utilized in the interior. They are very obvious in the pictures and u tube representations.
