Aft Salon Door

I am looking for an aft salon door. Looking from outside hinge on left and lock set on right. 50/50 glass. Does anyone know of a reliable fab shop that can make one? Ft. Lauderdale.

Boat is a 1989 65MY stretched to 78. Hardware is still good.

SAMs looks like they have one. Part # 19606b, who did the extension on your Hatteras?

Thanks. I think Sams door is 2 in. too narrow. I will double check my dimensions. I think mine is
73.25 x 30.125 x 1.3125.

Hatteras of Ft. Lauderdale did my extension. Now it is the Marine Max / AMT yard. The guys that did my extension are still there. They still have a photo album of the work during progress.

What is that door made of? Is it glassed over wood, or is it aluminum? Or something else?

It is all wood. Paint on inside and paint (imron or something like it ) on outside.

There is a mid 80s yachtfish at our marina that replaced the salon swing door, with a Freeman Marine sliding door. It looks good

That was my initial thought as well. I'd give Cable a call.

Most doors get a little rot on the bottom edge. If you have access to a sheet metal brake, you can easily bend a Shoe to cover it, if it's not too extensive.. Ps, I gotta admire a guy that gives dimensions down to the ten thousandth of an inch!
