THIS VESSEL BELONGS TO THE NATIONAL SAVE THE SEA TURTLE FOUNDATION, INC. IT WILL BE CONVEYED VIA A LEASE/OPTION/CHARTER AGREEMENT. PLEASE CALL CAPTAIN ANDRE HARDY AT 954-232-6536 YOU CAN ALSO VISIT THE WEB SITE.
GO TO YACHT DONATIONS AT THE TOP HEADER THEN GO TO LEASE A YACHT AT THE SECOND HEADER. THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 25 YEARS I AM SURE YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU NEW YACHT
More strings than a marionette has attached to it. These outfits have to retain title to donated vessels for 3 years to follow IRS rules I believe.

Apparently it was $169 in June and was dropped to $115 now. These outfits have become awash in boat donations and need to unload their inventory. I understand that it's a lease purchase contract with a buy out at the end. No different an a car or piece of equiptment. In this market with war with Syria imminent and oil spiking I would think the terms would be pretty negotiable.

That sounds about right. The way these lease/charters work you pay around 70% up front for the 3 year lease and then the remaining 30% to purchase the boat after the lease/charter ends.

They look like Mathers Micro Commanders. Wouldn't be my first choice.

Let's do it! We may have to pony up the whole $115K for the "Buy It Now", and we can then split the proceeds from the inevitable lawsuit when they reneg on the deal. I mean we've already got a legal precedent.

Most eBay listings of any size can be found on Yachtworld for a higher price. That's why they're on eBay.
