It's not confined to the TSA. My Son left Tuesday for Afghanistan loaded with his weapons, body armor and supplies on a chartered flight from an AF base. They had screeners there and his nail clippers were confiscated as being dangerous, even though they are permitted under TSA rules. Dumb and dumber is spreading fast...
