I found replacement steel casters for MARQUIPT seastairs at SAILORMAN in Ft. Lauderdale last week. They had them in stock, priced at $20 ea. If you call them, ask for the parts desk.
The caster suppliers I called were no help locating casters with the large diameter shaft the seastairs require.
