    Living on the Water - Cheap!

    Not a Hatteras, but this guy definitely figured out how to do it with low capital requirements and engine maintenance can be done by dragging it to a service station. Nice sundeck too.

    Wow, where'd you find that pic? I think that's the long-lost prototype submitted to Willis Slane by a budding naval architect from Thibodaux, LA. Slane didn't care for the single engine configuration so he opted to go with Jack Hargrave and, as it turned out, a totally different design.

    I especially like the little fenders. Like he's worried about something hitting him and chipping the paint? ?
