I am wondering how many of these Hatteras Yacht's are left. They were called a 41' Convertble Yacht Fish and their production years were from March 1960 to October 1963. You can download a brochure on this model from this site.

Thanks for the info. I sure would like to hear from any or all and see some pics. Mine is going to be used for fishing charters on the west coast of Vancouver Island British Columbia, Canada. Mainly salmon and Halibut. Depending on the year and water temperatures also some tuna.
Last year I put new windows all around. Had curved ones made for the front cabin. Completely and thoroughly repaired and painted hull, deck and cabin. Looks good.

During the summer I have seen at least 4-5 of those in Montauk harbor.
Very common boat out there!

Only way to get rid of one is Burn it or sink it

Odd question in that this was the boat that started the hatteras brand. Look up "knitwits" as the boat that started it all.
