Re: what is this boat?
I didnt measure it, but it looked to be at least 60'
if i had to guess, i was thinking a 60' (series 1) w a cockpit extension and molded swimplatform.
(platform isnt too clear in the pic)
also if you look closely at the hull it appears to have stabilizers....

Re: what is this boat?
The forward sections almost look Viking to me, 1980's vintage.

It looks very much like whats left of the Donzi Z-65 that had a fire aboard. You all may remember it as being used in an episode of CSI Miami. Its been kicking around in various states of rebuild for quite a few years. I will try to find some pics to see if my hunch is correct.

Re: what is this boat?
This one has me a bit stumped. I don't think it's a Donzi. The Donzi has a more exaggerated stepped shear plus the deckhouse looks much different. My first impression was that the hull looked like a Viking but Viking never built a boat that big with that style hull. It's not a Bertram either. I thought the hull could be a Uniflite or even a Chris Craft but the only SF they built that is that big is the CC58C. Only 2 were built and that's not either one of them. I'm going with a Hatteras 60C. The stepped shear, break in the hull were the feature stripe typically is, lack of hull vents, and what appears to be what used to be three salon windows, all point to a 60C. It doesn't look like there is enough freeboard at the bow or enough bottom to be a 60C but I'm guessing it could be the angle of the picture and the way she's blocked.

I tend to agree with Jack. The lack of hull side vents and the side windows look like a 60C.
