That looks like it could be bored and broached to one inch easy job.

It is a straight 1" hole right? Not tapered? I have a mill and lathe and will can bore it to 1" easily if you would like. let me know.

Sorry I didn't see this post. 1" straight with a 1/4 keyway. If Dan doesn't buy it I will.
